on a roll

I've lost another .75 lbs. Rachel wants me to do 45 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week; 3 HIIT sessions. Phew. Okay. I'll do it.

She also has changed up my nutrition this week & wants me to change my breakfasts & my shakes. 4:20 is a difficult time to be getting up to get something to eat & with having to jump in the car immediately to be able to get my workout in before work...I really can't think of anything else to have. I'll be asking for suggestions. I've been eating eggs every morning at 7:30 when I get to the office. She wants me to change that, too. It's just so easy to eat those things & it's working. I know I need to switch things up but man...it's hard! lol

My workouts are going really well. I love them! I work really hard & sometimes I feel like I'm going to puke. I am seeing changes. My shoulders are really starting to pop. My arms are awesome. Tank top weather is just around the corner.

Still nothing on the house or a job for John.

You ARE on a roll! WTG!

What does she want breakfast to look like? Just "different", so your body is digesting something different but the macros are the same? Or is she changing up your macros?

I keep seeing your updates on Facebook when John has interviews, so something will come along soon! Probably right about the time traffic picks up on the house! :)

It's good to sometimes skip the eggs -- most of us can't fully digest them anyway, so maybe your tummy will like the break.

The other morning I cut a 4 oz. ground turkey patty in half, grabbed 1 wedge of Laughing Cow spreadable cheese, and rolled them up in a Flatout Flatbread (9 g of fiber, 90 cals). Nuked it for 60 seconds and it was super delicious for breakfast. Weird, huh? Surprised me too. Hahaha!

I'm glad you're doing so well. The SOS peeps do know their stuff. Yay!
