Just silliness

I don't know why but I've decided I want to do a back bend. I'm getting close. I can get off the ground, I just can't hold it. However, I did it today while Erin was here & she said that when I was up in the bend she could see my 6-pack! WOOT WOOT!

Back bends are in my new yoga DVD I just got. I'm not so eager, lol.

Kewl. I can press up into a backbend/wheel pose pretty easily, but can't go into it from standing any more unless I've got a spotter. I should work on that because I have a feeling I could get it back pretty easily with practice.
