oh what a workout!

I have been doing JB’s Women’s Body Transformation workout this week.  I’m really enjoying it.  I am finding that I need to go heavier than I thought I would & am kicking A$$ in my workouts. 

 

I forgot to write down info about the sprint cycle that Amanda Graydon does…I just read that it’s 2-5 minute 20/10 sprints with a 5 minute rest for a total of 15 minutes.  Um, I did it wrong…I did THREE 5 minute 20/10 sprint cycles with a 5 minute stretch/rest period in between for 25 minutes total.  LOL  Hey, I burned more fat that way, right? 

 

I have come completely off diet & completely off my rocker.  I’m eating what I want when I want it.  I’ve had donuts, bagels & Wendy’s ® Combo 1 (single, cheese, everything; fries, & a frosty).  So far I’m maintaining.  I’ll get it back together this weekend.  I’m letting it go & enjoying the junk I put in my gullet right now.

I did that program last January and really enjoyed it. I think Amanda Graydon is a great physical role model--very muscular and fit, but not superskinny. At least she's not superskinny in the videos where she demos the exercises. When she competes she's a lot leaner, obviously.
