I’m feeling yesterday’s workout. It’s a tightness down my lats & in my biceps that I haven’t felt in a long time. It’s nice.
Today’s workout was AWESOME! I posted on facebook about my 115 lb squats but I also increased my weights in everything I did today.
Squats: 2 sets at 105/4 at 115
Walking lunges: 25 lbs for 4 sets, 30 lbs for 2
Romanian deadlifts: 75 lbs/80 lbs/85 lbs for 2 sets
Step ups: 20 lbs for 4 sets, 25 lbs for 2
I followed up with 20 minutes of steady-state on the elliptical. I wanted to do more but I had to get to the pharmacy & commissary before work.
Yesterday I found deck plans for the ship. I found the running track & the gym. I have the plans printed out & highlighted. We’re almost packed. I only have some light ironing to do & need to pack toiletries & panties.
I won’t have computer access while I’m away. I’m checking into what will be available with my 3GS iPhone today at lunch time. I’m hoping to have some access but anticipate won’t have much.
