Short post

I have decided to do nothing but cardio this week due to the lack of equipment in the little fitness center here. I can't do squats or most bb exercises safely because there isn't a squat rack. It might just be an excuse because I could use the universal machine to simulate most exercises but eh. Maybe I'll feel differently tomorrow.

I'm going to stretch and do abs tonight.

You could always hold a plate or dumbbell and squat ass to grass (if your knees allow), lunge, etc. Just because you can't squat heavy doesn't mean you can't squat light for 20-25 reps. Muahahahahaha! ;)

Oh sure. Now I gave to go back to that dingy little rat hole. lol I was going to use the universal crap anyway. I'll post pictures on facebook.
