Day 2

Today was legs & core. I'm not sure I liked the legs--there wasn't enough. It looked like this

DB squats
rockers (lay on your back lift your legs & head up; rock so that your feet hit the floor & your head is up, then rock backO
SB hamstring curls
planks with hip dips
BB lunges
SB crunches

This was followed by cardio (4 sets of the following):

6 minutes on the eliptical
full body squats (squat, curl, overhead press)
lateral jumps
prone jacks (planks with a leg jack)

It was a good workout but I wanted more weighted leg work.

My nutrition has sucked this week. I've got to get it back on track...the scale is heading the wrong way.

I'm 75 percent sure the overall volume of your workouts is going to be less than you've had with me but that isn't necessarily a bad thing! Their diet might be a little different, and that combined with the different exercises could mix things up enough to shock you to the next level!!! :D

Planks with hip dips rock! I did those on the TRX on Thursday, and was SORE yesterday.
