When I posted last night I thought it was Tuesday. BEFORE taking the Ambien. LOL Still thought it was Wednesday until I got to work today. I'm all out of sorts.
But I am feeling more rested today.
I'm sore from my leg workout but I can walk. Slowly. My ass is reminding me with every step that I did a GREAT workout last night.
I'm working on more paintings. I've got 2 kids' names & 4 more monograms. AND my coffee girl has given my loveletters blog address to friends to contact me. If they do I'll be doing a happy dance!!!
I did chest, arms, & CC Vol 1 (original mix) tonight. Here's how it looked:
All exercises were 5 sets of 8
Incline BB press: 25/30/32.5(3)--my dumb ass wrote BB in my notebook when it should have been DB. I'll correct that next time. I have heavy DBs!!!
Flat bench BB press: 32.5/37.5(4)
Flies on the ball: 5/8(4)
BB Curls (should have been DB--again dumb ass!): 20/25/35(2)
BB Skullcrushers: 20(3)/25(2)
Then I had a good stretch. It was a very good workout.
I'll be surprised if I lose any weight this week because I've eaten clean but haven't measured everything. I've eyeballed most of my food. I know I need to start measuring but it's been such a shitty week. If it was easy to weigh, I did it. If it was a pain in the ass, I ate a small portion. Once I bought vegis I did eat tons of those. I haven't eaten anything I shouldn't this week. Go me!!!
I ate very few starches--I think I had 1 a day (breakfast).
I am going to spend Sunday afternoon preparing/measuring/weighing all of my meals for the week.
