Hope I can walk tomorrow!

Despite being exhausted because I didn't take a pill last night because I thought I would sleep because I was dead on my feet at 7:30 & passed out by 8:00, I got my workout in!!! I'm sitting here waiting for my Ambien to kick in. I'm not having another sleepless night. Dammit.

I did:

BB squats 3x15 65
Walking lunges 3x15 (each side) 12/10/5
Romanian dead lifts 3x15 50/45/45
Step-ups 3x15 (each) 12/8/0

Abs:
Swiss-ball crunches 3x20
Bicycles 3x30 seconds
V-Ups 3x8 I WILL DO 10; eventually.
Romanian twists 3x12 (each side) 6 lb medicine ball

I also did 7 20/10 Tabata thingies (drugs kicking in)

Yesterday my abs were nicely toasty; as were my lats & triceps. Very nice!!!

I'm hoping to get to our physical therapy suite tomorrow to use the very cool rowing machine for my cardio workout. On Friday I'm going to go over to the Ft Dix gym & do the very cool but very scary looking functional workout Wendy designed for me. I was racking my brain on how I was going to do some of the exercises in the street. LOL Then I remembered the Ft Dix gym as an indoor track. It's not huge; the circumference of a basketball court but it will serve my purpose.

I will start using my Fit Day account again beginning on Thursday. I just haven't been "into" journaling that mess because I've been too tired.

YAY! Awesome job Deb. Proud of you!!!

Listen to your body on the functional -- I don't want you to end up KO'd by the sprints.

Also, sometimes sprints feel reallyreally good the first time you're doing them and then you end up crippled the next few days. That's why there are only a few reps. Hehheh.
