I have to take pictures for Rachel this afternoon. Not looking forward to it.
My meals are planned for the week I just need to prep them. I need to stick to them & reach my goal. I'm so close.
I was on the Savage forums this morning & found out there is a lifestyler on Fort Dix. Hope to hook up with her to do a functional or something on occassion. That will help motivate me.
My workout week will look like this:
Mon: back & check
Tues: Legs & Abs
Wed: Cardio only
Thurs: Shoulders & Arms
Fri: Madness in the Gym (which really looks like a functional with a fwe weighted exercises)
Each weight workout will be followed by 45 minutes of cardio. I'm running a couple days a week now but will mix it up with some machine work.
I am so close to my goal. I need to get focused.
