I am up 2 lbs from before the weekend. Ugh. But on Sunday I had a milkshake AND a cupcake. So...I need to keep it in check.
I've been blowing off the gym entirely too often in the last week. Got to stop that this minute. Tomorrow I'm doing something metabolic. Function fun here we come. Followed by a good HIIT session. Must burn calories. Lots of calories.
