My brother decided not to use Rose's brother but likes the attorney he found. She is an ex-police officer & knows a lot about the criminal laws Paulette is violating. She is already working on helping him get temporary custody & filing for permanent custody. Paulette has had 2 DUIs in the last 2 years; 1 with Kristina, my now 4 year-old niece, in the car. The other in which she totaled her Ford Expedition. Nice.
