My workouts rock. I'm running 3 times a week as part of my steady-state cardio; 2 days straight runs, 1 day intervals. I'm up to 3.5 miles & want to get up to 5 in 45. I do 2 days inside on the machines. Wish I had a stepmill. I hear horrible (good) things about them. It's on my wish list for the end of the year when we have to spend tons of money so the DoD doesn't take it back.
I'm looking forward to making better food choices starting on Tuesday. Being away for the weekend doesn't lend well to dieting. Ugh.

and yeah, isn't it crazy.awesome.ironic.pathetic that our workouts kick ass when we're not in a deficit? All that extra fuel!
The stepmill is fantastic (and it's boring -- hard to read and/or otherwise distract yourself cuz you have to be careful not to fall off). The year I did my first show I used the heck out of it, and spent an hour on it every Friday morning. Good times. :)
