My workouts rock. I'm running 3 times a week as part of my steady-state cardio; 2 days straight runs, 1 day intervals. I'm up to 3.5 miles & want to get up to 5 in 45. I do 2 days inside on the machines. Wish I had a stepmill. I hear horrible (good) things about them. It's on my wish list for the end of the year when we have to spend tons of money so the DoD doesn't take it back.
I'm looking forward to making better food choices starting on Tuesday. Being away for the weekend doesn't lend well to dieting. Ugh.
