I've scored a 1 lb loss this week. Woot woot! I'm really pleased with that. I hope to make it through the weekend unscathed but it's my mother's 65 birthday so...The wine will flow & the food will be served. Fortunately we're going out so I will be able to put together a decent meal & bring home a doggie bag.
I have training 3 days this week so I'm going to have trouble with food. I'm getting some string cheese & will pack that & apples & yogurt snacks for my middle of the morning/afternoon meals. I have to buy a case of water so I can bring bottled water. I've been using a Brita filter system in my office.
The new workouts are going well. I did 75 lb bb chest presses yesterday! WOOT WOOT! I also did 2 chin-ups unassisted!
