Phew! 600

Yesterday I decided to do a shorter workout. I just wasn't feeling it. I ended up doing a 12 minute interval. However, today I nailed it.

60 burpees
60 jump lunges
60 one-leg deadlifts
60 push-ups on with 1 leg raised (30 each side) ALL ON MY TOES!!!!!
60 crunches with leg extension
60 prisoner squats with front kick
60 dancing crab
60 speed skater with a jump (she calls them 1 leg knee jump)
60 supermans
60 leg over chair

It took me 31 minutes & 48 seconds. Sweating like a man!!!!

We blew off the concert last night. When I started thinking about the drive to the stadium I just didn't feel like it. It's an hour & a half from here. That meant that we wouldn't get home until close to 1:00. That just didn't seem like fun to me. The tickets were free so no loss.

We went to On the Border for dinner. I ate too much. It was good! Back on program this morning. Twenty-one days to go. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Barf-o-rama! Did you break those up into smaller bits and cycle through them, or or hit all 60 burpees then all 60 jump lunges, etc.?

It's done like a Cross Fit workout for time; so yeah, all 60 before moving to the next exercise. I did 30 burpees initially & then 15 & 15. The push-ups were broken up more; 20 initially, then 10, then 5. My breaks were really short & I stayed on my toes! I had considered breaking it up into 6 sets of 10 but went for it as written. This morning my obliques are nice & toasty!

You are an ANIMAL. I may try this one, but go for 25 of everything, LOL, then see how I feel about a second 25 of everything!
