This morning I weighed in at 154. That's down a full pound from before I started my crazy non-diet, non-exercise movement. I don't know why the scale said 159 on Monday but it did & today I'm ecstatic to be on the losing end again.
I'm going to do a 600 rep workout for time today. I'm guessing it will get me about 30 minutes of heart pumping fun.
John & I are going out for dinner tonight & then I'll be right back on program tomorrow. No excuses. I've got 21 more days (this round). That's easy.
