I am soooo jealous of all of the fat loss going on within the posse. I know I'm doing well but still! You ladies are making me crazy. lol

I'm going to bring up a ghost from the past...When Tony left the Air Force he went back to school to get his FCC license. Yesterday I heard him do the news. I almost crashed my car. Not really but it was weird.

I got 4 meals out of the dish I got at Cheesecake Factory last night; one last night & 3 more portioned out at 3 oz each. I didn't get the bang bang chicken & shrimp--I ended up with spicy chicken & cashews. I at very little white rice but I did eat bread & some nachos.

I'm taking Joe to buy shoes this afternoon & then coming home to prep meals for the week. I'm breaking out the rotation plan that Wendy did for me in March/April last year. It's time to get the fat moving. I'm going to try to put it on google docs so I can share & get input from you.

It's time to make this fat move!

Yay on not gorging at the Cheesecake Factory!

IMO, why not try tracking your macros and your calories. I mean, get exact figures. It will put everything into perspective. You can't argue with cold, hard numbers (sadly ... haha) :)

That's what I'm doing--using the nutrition plan you gave me last year. It's a pain in the ass but when I followed it last year it worked. Nope, can't argue with the cold, hard numbers.

Aren't restaurant portions insane? I'm always blown away by the monstrous platters of food you get at places like The Cheesecake Factory, Outback Steakhouse, etc.
