I have been meaning to post these for a while but here you go...We're leaving for the cape tomorrow. I don't know if I'll have internet access or not. I have packed my cooker & it is in the fridge (the one I just bought). I have another cooler that I will finish putting food into tomorrow. I'm making sure I stay on plan.
I have copied two workouts from BodyRock.TV & have packed my workout clothes. I'm really looking forward to doing them.
