I'm having a little trouble with my right shoulder--I had surgery on my left shoulder. It's a very strange bit of trouble. It hurts when I move but it doesn't hurt when I lift or do push-ups. I took some naproxen today in hopes that it's just inflammation but I'll probably make an appointment to see my doctor next week, get some physical therapy & see if that helps.
Joe has gotten his stuff together. He's registered for school & may have a job at Macaroni Grill. I hope that works out for him. He needs to get out of the house! He's making me nuts talking incessantly & talking about things he has no business talking about. He has NO filter at all. I've had to tell him to think about what comes out of his mouth on a couple of occasions. It's scary how uneducated & ignorant he is. But on the other hand, I know my Aunt & I shouldn't be surprised. I can only hope that John & I can be a good influence on him.
Is anyone setting any specific fitness goals this year? My biggest goal is to lose that last 8 lbs & get to my final goal of 135 (to see what it looks like). I want to maintain at 140. I am seriously considering the figure thing in August. We'll see how I do.

Oh, gosh, now I want to do the Awakening! Maybe that'll be my next program. Right now I'm on Week 2 of the Women's Body Transformation program (also PN) and liking it, but since it's only a 4 week program I'm already thinking ahead to the next thing.
If you decide to compete, Warp Speed Fat Loss might be a good choice for your last few weeks of contest prep. The diet's too aggressive and unbalanced to be a good choice for more than 4 weeks or so, but for a little while it'd be fine. If you join PN it's also got some competition-appropriate diets, although you'd probably still need to hire Wendy or someone to guide you through the end-stage drying out process.
I looked at the Women's Body Transformation. I liked the looks of it but because it is only 4 weeks I decided to go with the Awakening--which will take me to just before my cruise.
You confirmed my thinking about Warp Speed. I purchased it out of curiosity & after reading it; thought it would work for pre-comp diet. But absolutely thought it would be crazy to do it for any other reason.
I did order/join PN again. I'm determined to stick with it this time--now that I'm a little more educated & a lot more prepared for it. I'll have to look at those diet plans.
Happy New Year, Deb! I'm doing RTP Muscle for the first 12 weeks of the year. I have PN and will refer to it for nutritional advice as well. Your goals look great. I look forward to following your progress through The Awakening program. It looks killer.
