I look forward to following your progress through The Awakening program. It looks killer.Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03900435003753488214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5854303905713634314.post-89463331128928706692009-12-31T11:41:59.488-05:002009-12-31T11:41:59.488-05:00I looked at the Women's Body Transformation. I liked the looks of it but because it is only 4 weeks I decided to go with the Awakening--which will take me to just before my cruise.

You confirmed my thinking about Warp Speed. I purchased it out of curiosity & after reading it; thought it would work for pre-comp diet. But absolutely thought it would be crazy to do it for any other reason.

I did order/join PN again. I'm determined to stick with it this time--now that I'm a little more educated & a lot more prepared for it. I'll have to look at those diet plans.Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07462572004852219830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5854303905713634314.post-39698706860052829102009-12-31T11:16:17.750-05:002009-12-31T11:16:17.750-05:00Oh, gosh, now I want to do the Awakening! Right now I'm on Week 2 of the Women's Body Transformation program (also PN) and liking it, but since it's only a 4 week program I'm already thinking ahead to the next thing.

If you decide to compete, Warp Speed Fat Loss might be a good choice for your last few weeks of contest prep. The diet's too aggressive and unbalanced to be a good choice for more than 4 weeks or so, but for a little while it'd be fine. If you join PN it's also got some competition-appropriate diets, although you'd probably still need to hire Wendy or someone to guide you through the end-stage drying out process.Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08756612894464967228noreply@blogger.com
