Did a killer arm workout today. No bands. Feeling DOMS already.
Leanne told me today that Ernie says if you have DOMS for more than a day you've worked too hard & need to reduce your weights. WTF? Really? I know if I have them more than 2 days I might need to reduce but 1? Seriously what???? Anyone ever hear that before??? Ernie's a nice guy, goes around giving out all kinds of unsolicited advice & needs to shut the fuck up.
