I haven't worked legs in 2, maybe 3, weeks...I anticipate serious DOMS (I hope for it anyway). I didn't go as heavy as I normally would because I wanted to move quickly since I believe that is what Cathy intends with these workouts. I worked up a really good burn & a good sweat.
Tomorrow is straight cardio day. Leanne wants me to run in the cold. Brrrr. Okay, dammit.
