Yesterday I posted a comment on Wendy's blog that I thought my workouts are more effective when I work out alone. I posted that my leg Doms were absolutely nauseating. Yesterday I did a killer upper body workout. Today I am taking a rest day because it still hurts to sit and stand but I am also sporting some serious lat DOMS.
I'm going to fire my workout partner! Okay not really but I an going to tell her we've got to kick it up a notch. Getting into the gym was a big step for me. I've got to keep the intensity up!
I've also realized how much I miss blogging. I need to get back at it.
