White girls can't dance

It has been ages since I've done choreographed cardio. I did Christi Taylor's Mission Possible today. I got through 35 minutes before decided that a swim would suit me better. I am going to do 15-1 minute pulls later (with my swim pro). I have absolutely no rhythm & though the choreography is relatively simple I am a HUGE spaz. I need to stick to running, biking, & swimming. LOL

My workout went well today. I did all 12 reverse pull-ups. My left shoulder (the one I had surgery on) is still really weak. As I reach the bottom I can feel that I am holding most of my weight with my right. John asked me if my left shoulder is the one that pops--it is not. My right shoulder pops very loudly about half-way down. It doesn't hurt; just makes a lot of noise.

We were up at 6:00 this morning. It feels really good to have gotten the workout out of the way.

I'm going to get my hands & feet done today. Getting ready for the big trip! I got a confirmation email from the hotel this morning. It made me really excited.

hehehe. I never do the choreographed stuff because I look like Frankenstein in training. Cardio you might like is CLX and Cathe's DrillMax. That's all HIIT or HIIT inspired stuff. Also, have you checked out reviews for Shaun T's Insanity? That's all athletic interval Wendy-death stuff. :-)

I am such a choreography challenged person. I learned on the fitness boards that if a workout was snubbed roundly as being "too basic, repetitive and boring" than that was MY workout!

Insanity looks so cool. No way I could do it, but it looks awesome.
