Wanted to lift but time was short...

So I chose to do cardio instead. I did a 35 minute bike ride for 8 miles around our neighborhood...Round & Round & Round. It was good & fast.

Tomorrow I'll do my workout 3 from February; 2 sets of 20 upper body. Fun times will be had by all.
