I would love to put something together. Based on Wendy's schedule of course.
Wendy--give us a couple of dates to chose from & I'll do some putting together...I love to do stuff like this.
I blew my clean eating today. I had 2 chocolate covered malt balls (itty bitty ones). Sigh.
Tonight for dinner, I'm having turkey/vegetable chili. Yummy.
I work legs tonight. I'm surprised that my legs aren't more sore from the run yesterday. I guess I'm adjusting. It's awesome.
ETA: So much for not being sore. I just finished my leg workout.
BB Squats: 70 lbs -- a 10 lb decrease from last week
Front squats: 50/55(2) an increase
Side lunges: 35/40(2) THESE ARE HARD & take a lot of core stabilization. I could see the line down the front of my stomach when I did these!!!!
Leg extension: 50/45(1)
I can really see the muscle starting to take shape. Just for the fun of it I have to say,
Wendy, I'm afraid I'm getting bulky.

I think it would be a blast. It might also be a long shot for me actually making it, but I'd love to try! :)
What Sandi said. I'm in unless I've got a command performance elsewhere. (My grandfather will be 105 in late June, my MIL will be 75in early August, and my mom will be 70 in October ... and then there's my youngest niece's high school graduation coming up in late May/early June ... and so on and so on and so on.) The good news is, I have to fly east anyway since my grandfather obviously doesn't travel any more, and since I'll be in VA anyway ....
Too bad we're not all college kids on summer break ... Sandi and I could do a cross country road trip!! Yeehaw!!!
I have a couple of immoveable feasts on the calendar as well, so as long as it's not one of those dates....
It would be so much fun. I don't see how I could make it though. Take lots of photos!
