Don't run while dehydrated

I haven't had enough water today. Something like 36 oz at 2:00 PM. I should have had more, I know. I didn't.

John & I went for a run. We did 4.25 miles in 50 minutes. Yes, it was more intervals than a solid run. I sucked!!! I could feel the dehydration big time.

I have to do my weight workout yet but I'm feeling good & will knock it out shortly.

I've nailed my eating 4 days in a row now & know I'll be down next Saturday. Woohoo!

ETA: My workout went like this:

One-arm bentover row: 20 lb DB
Lat pulldown: 40(2)/45(2)
Overhead press: 10 lb DB, next week I need to try 12s
One-arm DB side raises: 8(3)/10(1)
BB front raises: 20 lbs

ANOTHER WORKOUT DOWN!!! My arms are starting to show potential even though they still have a lot of fat. It's cool to see the muscle move when I lift.

I'm skipping a cheat meal today since I have only been eating clean for 4 days. I am having a (just 1) glass of wine. I'll give myself a little treat next Sunday. Don't know what yet but it's gonna be something yummy.
