Lifting heavy; feeling strong

Sort of, anyway. I didn't sleep well last night so I don't think I got the full benefit of my workout. I don't know. Maybe I could have gone heavier. Maybe I could have gone longer in my cardio. I just didn't have the "umph" I wanted.

I didn't even keep track of what I did in the cardio workout. I mean, I did, but I didn't. I watched my time for the workout but not how long I actually worked out.

Here's my upper body workout: 4x8

BB bench press: 35/40/45(2)
Incline flies: 12(2)/15(2)
BB curls: 35
Dips: legs close for the first 2 sets, felt good, so stretched my legs out a little more the second 2 sets but not straight out.
DB curls: 15
BB skullcrushers: 35

My eating was good today. I had about 10 yogurt covered raisins today. Seriously. Only 10.

I'm tired. I'm taking my computer to bed to watch Brothers & Sisters.

Great job with the weights and the eating! Those are some impressive poundages considering the volume and that you weren't feeling 100%
