I had a cheat meal last night. I'm aggravated because it SUCKED. It wasn't even close to yummy. WE went to the going away party for a woman from work. I had a bite of this nasty sausage thing (not John's sausage), a bite of hot dog, a couple bites of cheesy broccoli casserole, a couple bites of spicy creamed corn, & an undercooked prepackaged hamburger (no bread). It was gross. When I say I had a bite, I really only had a bite.
When we got home I had a glass & a half of wine. That's it; the wine is now out of the house.
Plans for the weekend:
- 5 mile run (if it doesn't rain today)
- Library
- MAC Cosmetics for new make-up
- Functional fitness (Sunday)
- Upper body workout
- Produce shopping & chopping
- Meal preparation for the week

Hope the headache clears up and you can run through that ambitious to-do list!
I hate it when the cheat meal isn't worth it. >-/
