5 miles

I did it. It took 56 minutes, 58 seconds but I did it.I wish you could see the elevation on this run. It was brutal. The first hill nearly finished me but I kept going.

Got new make-up today. That's the new look you see on facebook. I bought lipstick for the first time EVER. I didn't get new eye stuff. Erin went with me but didn't see me after I did my eyes at home. When she came home this afternoon she said, "your eyes look great." Same make-up. I guess the lipstick makes a huge difference. LOL

I spent $120. I've never paid that much for my make-up. But, Marie, I said I wouldn't be happy if I settled...I've been settling for a long time where my face is concerned. I told John I wanted to try better cosmetics. He said do it. I debated spending this kind of money because I'm a cheap bitch; as opposed to being a cheap whore. LOL

Anyway, I went. I spent. I'm really happy with the look & feel. No regrets.

Yay! Great job on the run. And yes, lip color makes a HUGE difference. :)

I agree, plus I was just thinking about this. When you consider what we spend on everything else - car, house, food, etc., - seriously, how expensive is $100 for your FACE which is the thing people see and notice most? Plus the stuff lasts for months and months!

PS: My word verification is "waxer," lol.

Great job on the run!

I am having such a hard time finding cosmetics that work. I think it is great that you indulged yourself.

You see so many people at work each day too, I bet this really boosts the confidence.

Great run! I looked at your map to see if I knew where you were, but not really. I lived in Lindenwold first, then Florence. I worked in Voorhees first (Bowman & Company) then Florence (Ready Pac/Club Chef). If my orthodics EVER get here, I'll be starting my training runs too. We can run together. :)

Woot! on the new makeup! I'll have to check out your new Face Book pic later. :)
