Fodder for the neighbors

I just finished my workout. Phew. The functional fitness was fun.

I needed 30 ft to get this one done. Where better than across the front of the house when the backyard is a swamp.

EVERY single neighbor was out. Yes, I could have chosen to wait until they went in but the day called me outside. I didn't care if they had to look at my ass sticking up in the air doing bear crawls. It just motivated me to get those done faster. LOL

After that I came in & did legs.

DB deads: 20 lbs
Farmers walks: 35/40--I wanted to go heavier but I couldn't lift them!!!
Romanian deads: 45
Leg curls: 20/25

Then I did reverse crunches, oblique twists, reverse crunches with my legs straight in the air, & swiss ball crunches. My abs cramped on me!!!

Done. Sweating like a mo fo.

I hate it when someone stands over me watching me do bear crawls. It makes me want to clothesline 'em or whatever it's called (taking 'em out at the knees).
