I was tired tonight. I didn't sleep last night & my neck is still a little stiff. I was 2 sets from finishing a my leg superset of steplifts & lunges. I still had 4 sets of box jumps to go after that. I wanted to quit.
I thought long & hard about what Wendy would say to me about quitting at this point. I wondered if she would let me get away with putting in 3 sets instead of 4 & just 1 set of box jumps.
I watched the clock slowly tick by my rest period. Sixty seconds. Time to decide.
Dammit Wendy! Get out of my head! I finished strong. Now I can go to bed & sleep the sleep of the truly whipped! LOL

Two leg days a week = tough. But you're up to the task! I sent you an email a while ago.

I rollerbladed today and did it from start to finish. One end to the other end of the beach path. Yay. Last week I talked myself out of the entire route.
So maybe this week is the get it done week!
