The Museum, Dinner, & February's rotation

The museum was tons o fun. Mostly running the steps with John shouting the Rocky theme to me. I'm not really an art museum person. If/when we go I want to just run by the stuff until I see something I fancy & then stop & really look.

Unfortunately, John is taking an intro to art class & has to write a paper about 5 pieces he saw yesterday. That meant going through, finding the pieces he wanted to see & taking tons of pictures of the piece & the placcard.

We were there for 2 hours but it felt like all day.

We came home, took naps, did a little house work, and went to dinner at 4:30. It was FABULOUS! I ate more in one meal than I have all week--or so it felt. I had steamed mussels, raw clams, scallops & shrimp, & the big finish...crem brule', bread pudding, & 3 berry cobler (a sampler).

Interestingly--I was very dehydrated because I didn't drink water at the museum and only had about 48 ounces when we were home. By the time dinner was over, my watch was cutting into my arm & my jeans -- which were beginning to fit almost comfortably -- were too tight. I couldn't wait to get them off.

I didn't have time to put my meals together for the week & I've run into trouble already today. I ate a bag of Sun Chips. Sigh.

Back to my regularly scheduled eating.

Wendy sent my Feb workout plan to me. It's killer!!! I LOVE it! I can't wait to do the functional fitness workout she sent. I'm doing it on Thursday.

In all of my excitement about the weight lost, I forgot to post that I weighed in at 155.5 yesterday.
