will kick your ass if you do it right! Tonight I think I did it right. I'm sitting here still dripping with sweat after my cool down AND I did the last bit outside in 28 degrees!!!! I didn't run the sprints at full sprint speed. I'm a little gun shy after my last attempt to sprint. I did run faster than I run normally. I'll build up to a sprint.
I did my warm-up on the elliptical. Then I jogged in place & walked around my weight room--in circles. I had to go one way & then unwind to keep myself from getting dizzy. LOL I was able to do all 3 sets of push-ups on my toes. I don't think I went down all the way but I gave it a good effort & had NO pain! That made me very happy.
I didn't eat enough today but what I ate was clean. I even managed to pass Satan & her spawn at the grocery store--the Girl Scouts are out in full force. I walked right on by.
