I cooked up a bunch of chicken breasts on my George Forman grill. I chopped romaine, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, & boiled shrimp. I didn't pick at any of it!!!
Tonight is shoulders, back & cardio.
I posted a couple of pictures of stuff I'm working on on Love Letters.
ETA: remind me to do my functional workouts on the day before a rest day. Phew!

Good job getting your prep done! I skipped it yesterday, so I'm paying for it tonight. Much more enjoyable on a Sunday, than Monday night. Now it's bedtime, and all I did was cook. waaaaaannnh.
