Last night John & I were invited to our neighbors for a bonfire. We stayed out until after midnight. Erin berated us for being out so late. LOL
Today I'm tired & paying for it.

Breakfast
1 c shredded wheat w/milk
Lunch
3 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c zucchini/yellow squash
I'm going to the library to pick up a bunch of books. I'm getting the book my doctor recommended--The Metabolic Type Diet & Eating for Life. I'm also going to pick up a book on the low glycemic index. I have a friend that has to be on that type of diet because of his diabetes & heart disease. He's lost 25 lbs without even trying. I want to see what that is all about. I'm curious.
Dinner
3 oz chicken
2 c greenbeans
I'm going to weigh & measure tomorrow.
If I have the energy I'm going to do some tabata squats. I don't have the energy to do a full 30 minutes & feel like that will at least be something.
I made turkey meatballs (no fillers!!!) today. I made enough for a couple dinners & 1 lunch for John & I. I wish I had made more. I'm going to have to make 4 lbs next time I make them. I want to be able to eat them as part of my meal rotations. They are yummy.
