Any clues what that's all about? Squats & my weight.
This morning I weighed 159.75!!! Thank you, Wendy, for your guidance on my meals. I'm eating more variety of foods & losing weight. Even with my pizza/cake meal this week.
Tonight I added another 2 1/2 lb plate to each end of the bar bell. I did 3 sets of 12. It was barf-a-rific! I'm quite pleased.
My meals today were clean but I didn't eat near as much as I should.
