I'm wearing a pair of my old jeans & they are cutting me in half but I've got them on.
My assistant starts on Monday. I'm excited & nervous. She used to work here & the people she used to work with are a pain in the ass. Now they are all, "we're gonna be able to hang in Tracy's office like the old days." I'm all, "No, you fucking aren't because it's MY office." Damn, I don't even have PMS. It's just that I hate people coming in here & hanging out. I'm here to do a job not socialize.
Breakfast
1 c shredded wheat
1/2 c milk
5 large egg whites
1/4 c onion
1/4 c green pepper
2 tbsp salsa
Mid morning snack
3 oz chicken
1 c green beans w/hot pepper spread
Lunch
3 oz chicken
1 c broccoli/cauliflower
3 peperoccini
4 oz sweet potatoes (my produce stand sells cute little baby sweets)
I just passed TWO "celebrations" and was offered cake. I politely refused. I'm so proud of me.
Afternoon snack
3/4 c 1% cottage cheese
1 Gala apple
1 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce
lots of cinnamon
YUMMY!
Marie, you obviously didn't see yesterday's meals...Mooooo
Dinner
3 oz salmon in Very Teryaki (2 tbsp for 2 6 oz filets)
2 c zucchini/yellow squash steamed
Snack
Pumpkin smoothie like yesterday
My workout will consist of the 1 Exercise Fat Burning Workout from Craig Ballantyne.
Oh & because I've never read it & think I could use some more reinforcement--I just requested Body for Life from my library. I'll go get it tomorrow.
