Breakfast
1 c shredded wheat & bran
2 jumbo egg whites
1 whole egg
1 c green pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
Snack
3 oz tilapia
1 c broccoli/cauliflower
Fuck me birthday celebration
1 piece Sicilian peperoni pizza
1 sliver chocolate cake
The birthday celebration was for one of the Airmen who works in my office. He's 28 today.
The piece of pizza was 4"x6" & about an inch thick. I had a serious carb reaction--went to a meeting about an hour after & caught myself doing the head bob. I've never had that reaction before. It was very eye opening. Yeah, pun intended.
Lessons learned:
Stay out of the lounge when I know there is food in there
Stay away from Sicilian pizza
Snack

1/2 c pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 serving EAS vanilla protein powder
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp all spic
1/2 tsp cinnamon
I'm going to do NROL-O FL1B WO3 tonight. 3x12 with 60 second rests. I'm going to attempt to increase my weights by 5 lbs each exercise.
ETA: I didn't have my blog set up to email me when people comment & JUST (as I finish dinner) read that Wendy suggested getting rid of the starch in my evening meal. I'll start that tomorrow.
It freaked John a little when I told him. I've been cooking brown rice by the bucket full & sweet potatoes by the bushel full. He thought he wasn't going to get sweets anymore. LOL I told him that I will still make them for him & I can eat them for lunch. He breathed a big sigh of relief.

Hey, you stopped at ONE piece of pizza and the cake was served in slivers. I say that's making the best of a bad situation! :)
Once I let myself have that first piece of pizza...all bets are off! Well, easier in an office setting, because you don't want to be the office pork chop. LOL
