DOH!

I deleted all of my workouts for last month but can't remember what I've done for HIIT this week.

Oh well. Lesson learned. Do not delete previous months workout list from blog before getting at least a week into the current month.

I missed a couple of meals yesterday due to the stupid inspection & missed one today because of it. And I'm probably not going to eat tonight's snack because I'm already in bed. I didn't sleep well last night & I'm beat tonight.

Oh, inspite of missing the meals--I haven't been hungry like I usually am. I think my stomach is adjusting to this way of eating. For the first few (week) days I felt like I was starving. Now when I think I'm hungry between meals I grab some green tea & I'm good to go for another hour. I'm eating every 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

I got a call today from my previous Chief of Medical Staff asking me if I would be interesting in going to Tampa (MacDill Air Force Base) to do a quality inspection on the disability process there. How ironic. Yesterday I get told my program isn't doing what it's supposed to by a bunch of people. Today I get a call from Paul telling me that I've got the best run program in the AF & he wants me to critique and correct theirs before their inspection in May.

He's going to see what he can do to get the funding for their clinic to fly me down. Wahoo! If I go, I'll take John with me for a little Florida sunshine.

I'm going to read for a while & go to sleep. I think I've worked out 6 days in a row. I've earned a day off.

Here is a trick: copy and paste your month's workouts into a blog post and save it as a draft with the month as the name. Then, you always have a record of what you've done...

You definitely have earned a day off!

And people generally don't appreciate what's in their own backyard. :) Especially government types.

I have a cousin down at MacDill, I think .......
