Sugar-free, non-fat, caramel macchiato & green tea

I had one today. Hope it was okay. It was yummy. My thought on it was, I'm allowed coffee. I'm allowed skim milk. Sugar-free syrup. So...I did it.

I learned today that green tea is a great appetite suppressant--for me anywho. I was getting hungry at 3:45 & decided to have a cup of green tea instead. I am just getting ready for dinner & am still not hungry (okay, yeah, the macchiato may have helped but...). I'm going to try that more often.

Today panned out this way:

Breakfast
1/2 c all-bran
1 c non-fat milk (between cereal & coffee)
3/4 c cottage cheese (1%)
1/2 c blue berries

Snack
1/2 c plain non-fat yogurt
1 c frozen peach slices

lunch
whole grain sandwich thin
3 oz turkey
2 c spinach

celery

Snack
3 oz turkey
1 c carrots

Green tea

Dinner
3 oz chicken
1/2 c kashi 7 grain
1 c broccoli

snack
EAS Protein
1/2 c strawberries

I bought EAS Protein powder at Costco. I got a HUGE bag for $33. Hopefully it's as good as Myoplex. I'll let you know.
