I've been eating 1 serving too many of fruit. Gotta stop that. I'll have to eat some broccoli after my workout tonight. Maybe I'll splurge & dip it in some Light Cucumber Ranch dressing.
I had someone tell me that she can see my waist coming back. That's VERY encouraging. Unfortunately the scale isn't moving & my clothes still fit the same.
Bad habits die hard. I walked into a nurses office this morning & there sat an M&M dispenser. I automatically reached out & pushed the button. Got about 1/4 c M&Ms & started putting them in my moutn 1 at a time. I ran into one of my favorite docs--who is a junkfood junky & promptly placed the rest (more than 3/4) into his hand. I ate about 6 M&Ms.
What did I gain? I learned that eating those damned M&Ms made me hungry. Yep. I came back here & had a glass of water & some celery sticks.
I forgot 1 protein serving today. I brain farted in my preparations.
I bought a big bag of frozen shrimp at Costco last night. I'll be boiling some up over the weekend & bringing that to work with me for snacks. I'm thinking shrimp wrapped in romaine leaves with cocktail sauce--VERY spicy. That should be good. Man, I really am hungry.
Okay, back to work.
ETA: I'm down 2.5 lbs since Monday--I know it's mostly water weight but still THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP WENDY!!!

Oh I meant to blog about that...I opened the bag & it smells like yellow cake batter. I almost reached it & ate it just like that. I mixed it with water & found that it isn't horrible. It doesn't have the slight after-taste that Myoplex Lite does. It's pretty decent.
Next month I'll try the chocolate.
Oh & I think if you put it in the blender with some fruit it might even be good.
