Interesting read

I'm reading Power Eating as suggested by Wendy. I am reading a section on fat intake. The author says, "women who slash their fat will feel terrbile in general, and will even start to crave processed carbohydrate."

Hmmm, I wonder if that's why I have such problems with cravings. Seriously, when you look at my diet, I am not eating the right kinds of fats & only eating approximately 18% on a "good" day.

Let me clarify "good" day with that I've hit my caloric goal of ~1450-1600 & eaten good proteins & good carbs.

Hmmm, interesting.

I did plan out my meals for today but blew it because I went to a lunch meeting & they had my favorite Italian cookies as dessert. Dammit.

I know my cravings go way up if I'm eating too little fat or drinking too little water.

In the interest of full disclosure, I was bad all day with my eating, but I gave myself permission to be a hog today and it felt good. Tomorrow eating healthy foods will feel even better because of the amount of garbage I ate today. :D
