Kettlebells???

For you fitness experts...

Can I use kettlebells in between my heavier NROL4W workouts as cardio? I, obviously (or maybe not), can't use heavy weight for those moves & would probably just use a 3 - 8 lb dumbbell. I'm just looking for something more fun to do in for my cardio.

Well, I'm no expert, but I think kettlebells would be contraindicated by your shoulder for a while longer, and many of the moves really aren't worth doing unless the k-bell is heavy. Otherwise, your form just blows, KWIM? I think you should stick with interval cardio for now and plan on splurging on the bells in the spring. Then, you can feel all saintly about waiting, and spend lots of cash.
