I did WO 5 of Stage 1A today. I did 75 lb squats & 50 lb step-ups. By the time I was done I was starting to feel nauseous. Sadly, though, it didn't hurt to come up the stairs. Sigh.
Diet is on track today. Oh & I'm down to 159.5 today. Let the weight loss begin!
