Day 1 of the hundred push-up challenge

John came in at level 3, I'm at level 2 (as a reminder, I'm on my knees)

Day 1
rest 60 seconds between each level (longer if required)
up to 5 push ups 6 - 10 push ups more than 10 push ups
Set 1 2 7 10
Set 2 2 7 10
Set 3 2 5 8
Set 4 2 4 6
Set 5 max (at least 3) max (at least 5) max (at least 7)

I did 13 push-ups for my last set; John did 20.

He did 2.8 again tonight but had to walk some. I did NROL4W Workout A. I increased all of my weights. I did not do the push-ups or the pikes. I couldn't get my legs stabilized on the ball.

Tomorrow I'll ride the bike for 6 miles.
