My trap is cramping like crazy. I'm sure it's because of the way I hold my arm when I'm up walking around. It hurts like hell--and yes, I'm sure it's not something to do with the surgical site because it's a no where near any of the 3 incisions. When I ice it I get relief.
Today I am ALONE ALONE ALONE. I'm so glad. My mom was a tremendous help but was starting to get o my nerves. She was bored & hovered like crazy. I am looking forward to the solitude.
Plans? Take my books & sit by the pool. I have a sand chair that I will park next to the pool & dip my toes in. I found that I can get my bathing suit on so I can get rid of the big tan lines I already have from wearing a tank & shorts.
I know I should wear sun block but I won't. Sorry.

Hope you had a great day Deb ... and that your trap feels better. I always get a bad headache when I get trap pain. :(
