Save the TaTas!

Erin, her friend, Alana, Alana's mom, Erin's friend Michele, & I are team "Save the Tatas" for the 2008 Race for the Cure. I don't know if I'll be able to run but I can walk. Our team goal is modest--$500 for the team, $100/each. Please donate if you can...Save the Tatas

The page only shows Erin & I signed up so far. That's because Alana is in Bolivia doing her student teaching. I emailed her this morning to find out her shirt size. Michele is going to register later in the week (after she pays her bills). Eh, even if she doesn't...whatever.

I spent the better part of the weekend with John. We did a lot of serious talking about where we are. He is going to call our pastor on Tuesday (we couldn't catch him at church today & tomorrow is his day off) to set up a time for us to meet with him to discuss our path. We are being very cautious about me moving back in with him. Neither one of us wants to rush it. I am, however, anxious to do it. I just want to be home & settled.

Workout (yesterday):

35 minutes on the elliptical
3x12 @ 35 lbs leg extensions
3x12 @ 25 lbs leg curls
2x12 @ 8 lbs lunges

Tomorrow I'm going to do a run on the treadmill -- trying to get in 2.75 miles in less than 35 minutes. I will do some jump squats & walking lunges following that.

There is a part of me that wishes I still had P90X. I would love to do some plyometrics. Maybe I'll buy it off ebay...we'll see.
