I did 37 minutes today--completed 3 miles! Yes, part of that was warm up & cool down but hey the point is that I'm getting better. I've never run this far before & am getting stoked about how far I can run without stopping. I'm setting a goal to be able to complete 4 miles in less than 40 minutes by the time I get my shoulder taken care of. It is my hope that if I can do that I won't lose that much stamina during recovery.
After my run I did 40 walking lunges. My legs are fried in a very good way!
I lost 1.8 lbs this week. Not to shabby for someone that ate pizza twice last week. I'm hoping to keep it in check again this week. My jeans are way too tight.
John & I are car pooling to work again. My apartment is right on his way to work so he swings in & we take my car. We will take turns paying for gas until we combine finances again.
