Me at 151; again.I'm not happy with the weight gain but it is what it is. I've got to stop drinking white wine. One glass & I retain water. It's so yummy this time of year, though.
Today was chest & tricep day. I felt good physically but mentally I'm struggling. It's probably because I'm discouraged about my weight. If I lose 2 lbs this week I'll be happier with my weight for my photo shoot. I accomplished 40 minutes of intervals on the cross trainer today. The machine showed my heart rate isn't getting up as high as I would like--135 max. I am going to have to find my heart rate monitor & start wearing it to see if the machine is off.
Food today:
1 slice Ezekiel bread
Schmear of peanut butter
1 small banana
3.5 oz Greek yogurt (Kirkland brand)
1/2 c apple
1/2 c carrots
humus
1 serving Optimum Health protein
4 egg whites
1/4 c potato
1 TSP olive oil
3.5 oz shrimp
1/2 c zucchini & yellow squash
3 oz pork loin
1/2 c zucchini & yellow squash
I'm going to add 1 scoop EAS protein to a SF pudding snack later for a snack tonight. Yum.

You're looking great, Deb. Staying on course day in and day out is a huge challenge (especially with vacation sandwiched in there!). Strive for consistency. You can do it!
