Okay. Diet sucks. I'm up 5 lbs in 3 weeks. Yay. Not.

I got a little push out of bed this morning. Steve was very supportive. I hit snooze 3 times. Bad me. On the 3rd alarm he gently suggested I get moving. YAY!

I did upper body & abs & ran 2 miles. My time was slow. It was already 78 degrees when I ran & the humidity was horrible. Steve ran more than 5 -- don't know how he did it.

My nutrition was better today but still not great. I didn't eat enough. Otherwise it was okay--on plan anyway.

I'm going to try to keep it together over the next few weeks...Vacation in Maine means lobster & chowder. YUMMMMMMMMM
